This activity is fundamental for the achievement of objectives outlined in the 2007-2012 strategic planning, in order to foster the growth and the multiplying effect to the businesses of all the country.

For this purpose, FIDE in harmony with the CFE Distribution Divisions, State Engineering Colleges, Universities and Superior Research Centers, have developed a program to train Specialists in Electric Energy Saving.

The proposal includes the promotion of 50 specialists for each state, in order to achieve a total of 1,600 consultants that may be the base to create a multiplying effect for projects in each region, that along with the availability of financing for industry, retailers, micro and small businesses and municipalities, provides the capability to promote 9,600 projects per year.

The result of creating these consulting firms, entrepreneurs or specialize engineers in existing companies, is the creation of  5,000 direct jobs to support the initiatives of competitiveness, improvement of costs and sustainability of the Electric Sector users.
