National Promotion Campaign
 

FIDE participates in spreading the electric energy saving culture at a national level, harmonizing its effort with CFE, Central Light and Power and SENER. There is a presence at industrial and business promotional forums for energy efficiency and saving, and efficient usage of electric energy.

In 2007, we took part in 45 expositions, 82 congresses with papers, and 1,150 lectures of energy orientation were given at a regional level, with coverage in the 32 states.

The EDUCAREE program was spread out with an accumulated result up to September 2007, of 3.4 million kids participating and 118,000 promoter professors.

There are presently 2 institutional publications: The quarterly magazine Energía Racional (Rational Energy), with the purpose of presenting the best articles on this matters, with the objective of involving and creating awareness of the rational use of our resources in readers, and the NOTIFIDE which is distributed at a regional level, that gathers the main events of the energy saving sector and the most important actions developed each month of the year.
