As part of the strategic planning, FIDE has established a customer service program on the highest consumption localities, accompanied by a personnel development plan, with a “one stop service window” that attends users with quality and promptness on all the programs being offered.
As an initial measure, their functions were decentralized and regional units have been created, which operate considering the organization of the Distribution Divisions of the Federal Electricity Commission, in order to attend local users, employing, preferably, the technical and commercial resources of the region. |
