The achievement of the goals proposed, leads to a restatement of FIDE's way of operating, as well as the importance of working in harmony with Federal Electricity Commission CFE, Energy Secretariat (SENER), Central Light and Power (LyFC), Unique Union of  Electric Workers of the Mexican Republic (SUTERM), National Commission for Energy Saving (CONAE), and the business and industrial chambers.

It is evident that the Trust Fund must be at the service of all users of the electric service in the country, with the purpose of aiding in the satisfaction of their particular and specific needs of electric energy saving. The tools to be employed for this purpose are: technical advise, competitive finance, information of the available innovative technological solutions, managerial support for the satisfactory execution of their projects, and above all, personalized attention; which is of particular importance in the case of large consumers, both industrial and commercial.

FIDE pretends to offer, to those who approach it, attention of the highest excellence, and to make it possible, several internal procedural changes have begun, and strategies are being adopted that will contribute to the achievement of such objectives.
