For this purpose, the CFE and FIDE, started the Program for Financing of Electric Energy Saving (PFAEE), through which the substitution of refrigerators and air conditioners by modern efficient equipment are financed, as well as thermal isolation of homes. (Fig7).

Likewise, the cost of more efficient lamps is financed by a credit, which is paid on the electric bills, in such way that they practically cover the financing with the reduction on their power bills.

All of the above for the economic benefit of Mexican families, as well as for that of the country as a whole, due to the environmental benefits implied in the reduction of the emission of green house gases that are causing the global climate change.(Fig.7)
