The contribution of FIDE to electric energy efficiency in Mexico, along the past fifteen years has been conclusive and its success in the creation of a savings culture, unquestionable, in particular with children.

Results obtained as of September of 2007 add up to 13,191 GWh, which are equivalent to the domestic consumption of five states. Nuevo Leon, Jalisco, Tamaulipas, México and Aguascalientes.

However, in order to provide to its actions the scope required by México, it is necessary to develop a growth process on its operation, to contribute with all of the countries sectors.
